Dandelion Flower

What are you to do when the kids are sleeping and sick and you had organised a cool craft to do ..... well you do it by yourself or at least I did today. I had this Dandelion craft idea in the back of my mind for awhile now and was pretty eager to try it out. I really enjoyed playing with the shaving foam mix but I admit I got a little carried away with the cotton buds/q-tips maybe less is more in this situation.

You will need
Thin Card
Shaving Foam
White Glue
Cotton Buds / Q-tips
Green card or paper
Scissors

To Make
1 .cut a circle from the thin card the radius of the circle needs to be roughly the length of one cotton bud
2 .mix roughly 3/4 cup of shaving foam with 1/4 cup of glue and mix well
3 .Put the shaving foam mix onto the circle an mix it around until your child has had enough
4 .Place the cotton buds straight on top of the shaving foam mix in a circle (you will not need any extra glue
5 .Dry flat - it took roughly 3 hours to dry try not to poke and prod while waiting for it to dry as it will collapse as the middle of mine did when Liam poked it
6 .While waiting for it to dry cut a stem from green card or paper
7 .Once dry glue the stem onto the back of the dandelion flower
